Update on CHPT; it is now approaching the 15 strike which expires tomorrow. There's been no apparent news behind its rally this week, so unless something comes out overnight, there's a good chance it gets pinned at 15 tomorrow. As such I'll be looking to take profit just above 15.
Thank you for commenting on TSLA! I entered into a large TSLA short (large for me anyways) headed into the end of last week on technicals and the strong jobs report, but was definitely stressed over the weekend on the news and gave up 4% of my portfolio this morning buying calls as a hedge in case it did rally. I’m back in positive territory on this trade so it looks like I might be ok. I will say, musk is obviously playing a deeper game with all his shenanigans, but I believe by doing so he is playing with fire. They social/political environment is not conducive to behavior like that and I suspect TSLA will suffer large losses due to…
