Do you know the rationale behind almost record high stock price on homebuilders (ex: LEN, OL).
I just don't get why. The orders are still declining and there might be some recession fear. The only positive is the speed of rate hike slowdown marginally.
I agree that homebuilders stock price lead the economy but we are still far from recession.
