David, take a listen to CNN and Fareed Zakaria's GPS interview with Janet Yellen. I think he has a staff writer that is a member of yours based on the language used in his questions. :-)

Zakaria is probably the only mainstream commentator who is questioning the US policy in Ukraine. Yellen keeps talking about US allies. It seems to me that they are a shrinking number. The Koreas are furious about being eavesdropped by the CIA; Macron is in open rebellion and probably speaks for Scholtz too; even the Australian PM is seeking to mend ties with China. Biden can still count on Canada, Poland, and maybe the UK (although Sunak has yet to show his hand)

I may have said some choice words about the people running Washington when trying to park there this week and being unable to use a card at any of the parking meters, seemingly because the functionality had been disabled.
