David, could you elaborate more why would you predict long term interest rate would reach 4.5%? I mean certainly Fed would hike aggressively this year to combat persistent inflation. But with US economy going into a recession or at least meaningfully slow down, wouldn't this process tame inflation and reduce the need for aggressive hike in 2023/2024? Plus economy slowdown probably also put pressure on Fed. What do you think?

Yaming, The prediction I made in the video was for the next 24 months. I think it is possible that the Fed pauses after the another hike or two but continues afterwards. I stand by what I said in the last Money Game video "How far will the fed go with rate hikes"

David, I should know better, but I would love to get angry and blame the higher ups in charge and the system for allowing labor compensation to fall for 20 whole years, causing the effects you outlined in this video. Do you have a stance on whether you believe corporate profit margins should be lower in order to sustain a society? I say this because there's no doubt these effects have led to recent grassroots efforts to unionize, cancel companies, get angry and cause unrest in America.

Very interesting take! I’m sure Ray dalio would agree with that
