Hi David, isn’t it more appropriate for Fed to target an inflation target that is higher than 2% in this new economic order ?

If they move up their inflation target, long term bond yields will shoot up immediately on increased inflation expectations and inflation risk premium. The Fed knows that well even if many of the dumb pundits in the market do not
