David, it may be an attractive proposition for Putin to go ahead and try taking control over all of the predominantly or mostly russian speaking area along the black sea coast of Ukraine. Strategically important slice of Ukraine. What do you think of the probability for this and how might such a scenario play out?

Outside Crimea, Donbass and Luhansk, the share of Russian population is small. In Kharkiv, Russians account just 25% of the population, for example. Russian speaking does not mean they are Russians. David
