America always thinks it is the hero of its own story. That the enemy will bow down to US economic might, control of NGOs and media/tech platforms, and our claim of the moral high ground. Like all empires, we believe we are fighting on the side of justice.
But the Russians are tough and capable. They have suffered a lot as a people, and contrary to GDP estimates and comments by our political leaders, they can do a lot of things. Only three countries in the world have manned space flight.

Great video, dealing in a balanced matter with one of the most critical issues of our time. The Russia Ukraine war could morph into World War 1, with a much bloodier World War 2 to follow. Or this could be the Spanish Civil War, a dress rehearsal for the technology of WW2 - tanks, and air force bombers. Maybe here it is drones, long range missiles and satellite and GPS jamming technology.
The West does seem increasingly desperate, and that is remarkable given Neocon control of the media narrative. Censorship of competing viewpoints is real and active.
