Any thoughts on the size factor in the US? Will we see breadth expand to be more inclusive of the equal weight or small cap vs S&P 500 at any point this year?
The biggest drag on small caps this year has been higher rates, so if we see them continue to come down then we should see smaller companies start to outperform.
The main reason this wouldn't happen is if there are a bunch of bank failures or other credit related issue that cause rates to come down. That makes it still a bit risky to have this position on, so I don't think it is particularly attractive.
